Mass Cycle Diet

ENC

New member
HEy guys, Im about to start a cycle of test, deca, and d-bol to build mass. I have heard several people say diferent things about what to eat while on this cycle. I heard everything from drinking large quantitys of milk to consuming NLARGE.. any suggestions? Im currently 6'4" and weigh 215lbs. My goal is to get to 260lbs.....thanx in advance...ENC:fro:

First of all, don't set your goal at 260 for this cycle. That gola will take more time and knowledge than one cycle. As for diet. Eat clean, but you need the calories. This means that since you arn't going to be eating calorically dense foods you will be eating A LOT. Get used to feeling like a blimp. If you are advanced enough to be using AS then you should have a good handle on proper diet strategies for a bodybuilder. Several meals, 1.5-2 grams of protein per pound of body weight, 2-3 grams of carbs per pound, and adequate "good" fats. You should know of protein, carb, and fat sources that are nutritios and acceptable at this point. Have a plan. Write out a menu for your self and figure out your calories and nutrient quanities. Very important to know how much of what you're consuming so you can guage how it is effecting your physique and trainig. Most importantly...Eat BIG to get BIG.

I agree 100% Listen to this man, he is one of the most knowledgable people on this subject. And I also agree that a 45lbs gains on a cycle is not very realistic, it is possable but it will not come without a good amount of fat gain as well. Let me know if you would like a sample diet and I am bored for the next 1/2 hour or so so I can make on up

Eat clean foods. Loads of proteins and complex carbs. If you eat anything in sight you will put on lots of body fat. You should want to put on lean body mass. Stick to foods such as oatmeal, pastas, potatoes, brown rice, egg whites, lean beef, chicken breast, turkey breast, etc. If you did not eat clean, you will put on more weight, but it will be mostly fat. Eat large quantities of good foods. Try to eat every 2 to 3 hours. Have 50 grams of protein with every meal. Best of luck buddy.

i agree w/the above posts. im on a mass cycle right now and also had mixed reviews on what to eat.... some say everything in sight, others say clean... well i chose clean and am loving the results.... no, i wont gain as much weight as if i were eating everything, but i also wont have much fat to cut after the cycle... good luck bro!

45lb gain can be acheaved if you do 2 cycles in a row with 2-3 weeks off in between, during off weeks isuline can be used to maintained newly gained size. as far as all out bulking diet goes, i suggest eating 20-25cals per lb of bodyweight. The cycle should be heavy in androgens, particularly in testosterone, with some dboll and either deca or trenbolone (i like tren better). two eight week anabolic bursts with 2-3 weeks off in between should bring up your bodyweight assuming you get you calories, training, rest down to perfection, if not then no amount of gear will compensate for the lack of an all out effort requared to acheave your goal. email, if need more help.
