Right then... this is getting too confusing for me...
ideally the post workout drink should have a mix of 50/50 malto to dextrose/// i have read many articles why both are better than just one... osmosis, insulin spike and so on... maintaining an elevated insulin level for a while (malto better than dextrose for this)... anyhow if you want links to the articles just let me know... but for now lets just assume a 50/50 mix is best...
The important question is where can we get some straight chain malto... if we can be assured that we are taking straight chain then the 50/50 mix is best... if its branched chain malto then we would be better off with just the dextrose... correct???
