Actually, if you really like vanilla ice cream...this is for you! Go get some Labrada's V60 Vanilla Ice Cream Flavored Protein powder.

Next, add 1 - 1 1/2 cup of skim milk to a blender.

Then add 1 or 2 scoops of Labradas V60 (1=30 gr Prot)

Add crushed ice. Blend. Add more crush iced to thicken. I often add a banana as well. You can actually add crushed ice until it so thick, the blender won't spin. Eat and enjoy like ice cream! Tastes just like a McDonalds Ice Cream!

Enjoy,

Geoff

more ice makes it thicker. i tried it but my blender didnt cut the ice thin enough. but there is sugar in the milk..so its not really sugar free (unless you guys got sugar free milk, which i havent been able to find, nor do i know if it even exists)

You say "no sugar" in the title, but the milk will put in at least 11 grams of lactose right there. Negligible in the face of the great taste, though :)

i find xanthan gum at my local supermarket in their free from aisle which caters for coeliacs and the like, im sure a health food shop that caters for coeliacs should be able to help u :)

it's good stuff, it's made from cabbage and it thickens up shakes, i make protein shakes now with that and it comes out thick like metrx but at half the price, without all the shit and carbs :D
