Thursday - Legs, 20 minutes cardio (bike)
Friday - Bi's and Tri's, abs, 30 minutes cardio (elipticle)
Saturday - Mix it up, 30 minutes cardio (bike)
Sunday - Off

Since you're at around 14% bf now - you might just want to work on keeping the muscle you have, depending on how much you have, or trying to add some muscle over the next couple of months - since you're not going to do a show until March.
The closer you get to the show, as in the last month, you'll need to cut out the stuff I bolded - like oats, protein powder, etc. But that also depends on YOU & your body. I know people who leave it in - I personally can't as it bloats me - everything bloats me so the last 30 days for me, I can only have green beans, for example.
Doing your 1st show is more of a learning process than anything else. Do the best you can & take a lot of notes, ie keeping a journal, so you know what to tweak, add or change for next time.
Also, start working on getting your suits/shoes NOW & start practicing in your shoes so you feel comfortable. Also start thinking about what Federation you'll be doing & start checking out how they do their posing. For example, the posing for NPC is completely different than the OCB......
