3. 2pm cottage cheese, salad, 2 slices rye bread

4. 6pm tuna, veggies

9pm cardio bike 40 minutes

5. 10pm protein shake
 
26th March

1. 8am oatmeal, cottage cheese

2. 10.30am 2 slices rye bread, low fat ham, cottage cheese

3. 1.30pm lean beef, whole wheat pasta

4. 3.30pm i ate something, but can´t remember what :worried:

5. 7pm lean beef, veggies

6. 10pm sour cream, banana

cardio bike 30 minutes
