gym 9am, bis and chest

1. 9am 2 slices rye bread, low fat ham

2. 12pm tuna, cottage cheese

3. 4pm lean pork, veggies, potatoes

4. 8pm banana, cottage cheese

cardio 30 minutes
 
1st April

1. 10am oatmeal, banana

2. 12.30pm pasta casserole, cottage cheese

3. 3pm 2 slices rye bread, low fat ham

4. 6pm lean beef, veggies

5. 9pm cottage cheese, blueberries, rasberries

Gym 10am, had best leg workout ever!! I haven´t squatted for years, started it again last week and omg I love it :D I could barely get out of the gym, my legs were shaking so bad, lol.
