9am gym, bis and chest

2. 12pm chicken, veggies

3. 3.30pm pancake, strawberries

4. 7pm tuna, veggies

9pm cardio, bike 40 minutes

5. 10pm protein shake

1. 9am oatmeal, blueberries

10am gym, leg day

4. 6pm 2 slices home made pizza, veggies

5. 9pm cottage cheese, rasberries
