Started 3k walk 3 sets of 8 lunges with 5kg weight each hand. Planked 3 times 30sec each one. Definitely sign my core needs a lot of work On other note 1 kids coming down with something at the school so on germ guarding hopefully it doesn’t get passed on through the whole house!
