Lv 2005

13th March

1. 9am oatmeal, 1/2 banana, 1 whole egg, 2 egg whites

2. 12.15pm macaroni casserole (pasta, lean ground beef, crushed tomatoes, low fat creme fraiche, onion, low fat cheese), salad

Back workout at gym 10am
 
3. 3.45pm 2 slices rye bread, salad, low fat ham, 1 egg white

popcorn

4. 8.30pm chicken, tomato sauce

5. 10pm fat free yogurt

5. 9pm salad (iceberg salad, tuna, olives, low fat feta cheese)

Now the lil´one is feeling better, but I don´t feel very well :( Hope I don´t get sick.

13.30 gym shoulders and triceps
 
4. 7.30pm salad leftover, cottage cheese

8.45pm cardio (bike) 40 minutes

5. 10pm 2 slices rye bread, low fat ham, cottage cheese
