low carb ketosis diet meal plan?

Is this a decent low carb meal plan to lose weight

breakfast - protein shake4 g carbs

Between breakfast an lunch \bottle water-meal bar 8g carbs \ vita pack

Lunch-ceaser salad \ tuna\ cheddar cheese\ bottle water
In between- protein shake with water of course

Dinner-chicken breast\asparagus\ cheddar cheese\bottle of water before to help fill up

An also is this low enough in carbs? To be in ketosis?
im 6"2 198 pounds prolly 20-25% body fat i think im not sure

An repeat an mix any other recipes you guys would like to add or other foods would be appreciated
 
It doesn't look like u have enough fats there.
Also I'd go with a whey isolate shake for zero carbs when mixed with ice and water.

I haven't done this yet but I'm going to give it shot soon. My staple meal was going to be 2 hamburger patties with different low carb toppings and different cheeses. So I'd rotate bell peppers, mushrooms, avocados, spinach, lettuce, olives, zuchinni, onions on top of the burgers or ground beef then covered in swiss, meunster, jalapeno jack, mozzarella, sharp cheddar, feta or parmesan.

That's a good idea!! But would adding eggs an bacon or sausage be bad if I added that to my breakfast an push my meal bar farther into the day say an hour or 2 before lunch? Because I am up every day by 5 so I have a lot of time in between?
