Is this a decent low carb meal plan to lose weight
breakfast - protein shake4 g carbs
Between breakfast an lunch \bottle water-meal bar 8g carbs \ vita pack
Lunch-ceaser salad \ tuna\ cheddar cheese\ bottle water
In between- protein shake with water of course
Dinner-chicken breast\asparagus\ cheddar cheese\bottle of water before to help fill up
An also is this low enough in carbs? To be in ketosis?
im 6"2 198 pounds prolly 20-25% body fat i think im not sure
An repeat an mix any other recipes you guys would like to add or other foods would be appreciated
