lousy deadlifts ...

man, i was goin into the gym yesterday feelin good, ready to squat somethin serious. i get in there, and on my light warmup set, i couldnt do 8 without my lower back hurting. yep, deadlift injury. i felt it a couple days ago, but it wasnt bad at all, and i thought it had gone away. well, i was wrong, and i had to settle for a pretty crappy leg workout with leg press, extensions, and curls. oh well. theres always next week.
 
Make sure you get enough rest and when you think your back is a bit better start doing some hypers and goodmornings to try and build it up. If your hurt at all try and keep yourself out of the gym, your only gonna make things worse. At one time i was lifting against doctors oders with a brace on my wrist and I am pretty sure I prolonged my recovery period by doing that.
 
you might have to go to the chiro and get your back re-adjusted and trust me it is worth it. that shit GOOD!
 
Freak is right!!!!!!!!! Except go to a local Chroipratict school. You get the same treatment but pay half or less all you pay full price for is xrays. Around here that saves you at least $50 avisit. Some also have massage students and you save some bones on that to. You get treated by stundents with instructors making sure they don't fuck up. Hope that helps
