man, i was goin into the gym yesterday feelin good, ready to squat somethin serious. i get in there, and on my light warmup set, i couldnt do 8 without my lower back hurting. yep, deadlift injury. i felt it a couple days ago, but it wasnt bad at all, and i thought it had gone away. well, i was wrong, and i had to settle for a pretty crappy leg workout with leg press, extensions, and curls. oh well. theres always next week.
