POD...you won't find anyone that will help you out more than he can. You should get down there and train with him. He could show you several things. I will also be glad to help with anything if you need the woman's side of strongwoman. B taught me a lot/most of what I know about it...but if you have any questions that he can't help you with...you are welcome to contact me.
