I have had problems switching from FORM to FUNCTION.
But i have come to the point where i dont care what i look like.

people at the gym and my work still have a bad attitude.
they assume that working with weights will make you look like arnold. When i try to explain that im trying to be as strong as i can whilst still making a weightclass.......they just dont understand. people at the gym freaking out cause im not doing 12 reps.

your looking good though.......you will always be an inspiration........even though my new home gym is better than yours! just got a new box......

People's Champ, box squats are when you set a box, generally around 6 inches high under your ass when you squat. The point is to come to a complete stop with your ass touching the box, before reversing and going back up, makes the exercise VERY hard coming to a stop like that but is a great strength builder.

the People's Champ: Do not know what my max bench is, I've actually been going very light on bench for a while so I can train on the log clean and press effectively.

endpoint : I have looked at the guys in the WSM as well as those in my class for strongman and I realize that being pretty has nothing to do with how well I will do in my contest. It doesn't matter if I have a gut or not. I usually keep my stomach tucked in when I have my shirt off (which is very rare in itself) but with this strongman stuff...I usually hurt too bad afterwards to tighten and tuck anything:)

He he...thanks. You should see my before pics. I was 152lbs, took pics at 175...and was very very skinny. Maybe I'll have the guts to post them sometime.

what is your height, weight , % bodyfat? looks good, to the guy who called you fat,,, the dude is probably 5%, different strokes for different folks.... you should be happy...
 
I am 6'2", down to 285lbs. No idea what my bf % is. My gym doesn't have one of those machines:)
