Just wondering if someone can give me the correct breakdown of F P and C ratios when cutting. Also I am 6ft 185. An idea of calories would also be helpful. Thanks
For guys - go total cals = 15 x your bodyweight. Protein / fat / carb ratios: 40/30/30 - excellent baseline - run that for a month & see if it works for you.
