I'm not sure if I'd be better off doing 5 sets of ten straight across (like I'm currently doing) or doing 5 sets to failure for chins. Sets across with minimal rest feels good for now, so I'll keep at it. Maybe I'll try adding some weight to them.

This was a super quick workout since I had Christmas Eve plans. I didn't get to finish everything I wanted to do, but still a solid workout. I hate repping out deadlifts, mainly because I suck at it. I know I have the strength to pull so much more than 7x300.

Could've gotten one more rep on my last heavy set of bench if I had a spotter. Also, my first time doing non-pendlay BB rows. Felt kind of funny, but effective. I'm gonna stick with them for the rest of this 5/3/1 cycle just to change it up a bit.
