Liquid multivitamin VS. Prenatals???

Someone mentioned in another post that prenatals are the best way to go for absorption but, what about liquid multivitamins? I have been taking Nature's Plus "Source of Life" liquid multivitamin, mineral, antioxidant, green extract & whole food in concentrate. I think its very complete & it does give me a lot of energy. The link is below w/ a complete list of what it contains. Check it out & let me know what you guys think. I was told you body breaks down & uses a liquid multivitamin much faster, then it would a pill or capsule. I think prenatals are very complete but, doesn't it take the body hours to break it down. If anyone has any info let me know : )

If you have a GNC near you honestly go in there and ask for Ultra Mega Gold or Ultra Mega Green. They are both time released very slowly and the CSPI has tested the absorbtion at 85% or better. The Green has spirulina in it which is nice and both of them have digestive enzymes in them. Very easy on the tummy. I have lupus and I've had cancer and I love the stuff. Not a magic pill, but you can feel it when you take them.

Cheap too. 16.00 for a 6 week supply.

Thanx 2ncourage, I will check it out : ) Also.. My mom has chronic fatigue syndrome, so I will see if she can try it out too. I appreciate the info!
