Just wanted to see how some different routines look I get sick of the same few...Mine is
Monday..Back, abs
Tuesday..Chest, cardio
Wednesday..bis, tris, cardio
Thursday...legs, abs
Friday...cardio, abs
Saturday..shoulders, abs
Sunday..OFF

I don't have a set routine as far as what days are what and what body parts get worked together. I just think about which body parts need to be worked or are feeling like they haven't been worked.

Yeah I hear that with my comp coming up I gotta hit each one hard once a week so I do about 5-6 exercises per body part except arms 3-4 and about 12-15 reps

day 1= chest and then tri's
day 2=legs
day3=back and bi's
day4=super sets and abs
day5= shoulders if they aren't sore

lower back / upper back / triceps
chest / biceps
shoulders / abs
quads / calves

My rountine is a bit different.

Day 1
working load 65% of 1rm
Squats 5x3
GM 5x3
Bent over rows 5x3
T-bar rows 5x5
optional exercies usually barbell curls

Day2
65% of 1rm
Bench press 5x3
Dumbell press 5x5
Seated dumbell press 5x5
JM presses 5x5
optional exercise usually power shrugs
rest day

Day 3 same as day 1 but 85% of 1rm
Day 4 same as day 2 but 85% of 1rm
Then every third week I do deadlifts instead of squats and goodmornings.

I see a lot of guys doing chest back and legs try doing back chest then legs cause what it does is gives you back a chance to rest before leg day...i was doing chest, back, then legs switched up and love it JMO

Nnnnnnnooooooooooooo.

lol

That's it, I'm naming my routine Eastside, lol. Or maybe Inside. Yeah, that's it. ISB. :p

BTW, yes this belongs on the training board, but what the heck.
As of recently but due to change it up eventually. I like to change it up so my body does not get used to it.

Monday-Chest/Tris
Tues-Back
Wed or Thurs-Bi's, Shoulders, Traps
Friday-legs
Abs- three times per week
Run 10 minutes twice a week on treadmill at 7-8 miles and hour

WTF: What about your shoulders, bi's, abs, etc

Not everyone is a bodybuilder, and those musclegroups are hit indirectly in the compound movements ...

I'll be more specific.

SUN
deadlift
rows
core work

TUES
bench
incline
military press

THURS
skwat
glute ham raises
zercher box skwat

My shoulders get worked during bench, incline, and military press. My bi's get worked during rows and zerchers. My abs get worked during just about everything, especially skwat, DL, and zercher's.

Indirectly? Not very much at all, seriously. Just seems like a lot of people don't value a nice balance of all muscles. It prevents injury and just makes someone look proportioned. Not body building! You know what I'm saying. Anyway this should be on training board, I'm hungry and gotta pound some weights.
late,

My arms are 20 inches cold and I haven't done a curl in years...

...but that's probably just "good genetics." :p
