I never understand people who schedule workouts on the weekends. You got 5 days during the week to be strict with weights, diet, etc. Let lose on the weekends. Why the hell do you want sat/sun/mon/tues off? WTF fun is there on sun/mon/tues nights?

First off, I am on a HST schedule, so I never work out on consecutive days. I used to work out Mon, Wed, Fri but the Friday workouts were tough to do, after a 5 day work week the gym is not how I want to spend my Friday night.
I love the feeling after working out Saturday morning. It makes me feel like my weekend is off to a good start and I can cheat a little with food and drink that night.
Plus, I like my low key Friday nights now, it gives me a good excuse not to get hammered. For example, last night I'm out and I had one beer and I just said simply that I was getting up early saturday and didn't want to overdo it.
Plus here is a great side benefit, I go to the beach almost every Saturday, I am going right now to play some volleyball on the beach, and I just got done with a 90 minute full body workout and am swelled up huge. Its nice heading out to the beach with a fucking pump on, you get more looks that way.
