Ledhead Unleashed!

Blew up my delts.. Again, still trying to condition myself before I bust my move. I did 12 sets and stayed at 12-15 reps. I hit front, side, and rear. I took 1-2 minutes between sets to get my muscles ready for more strenuous work. I'm coming a long just fine, muscle membrane is a beautiful thing. Concentrated on the correct form and isolation movements, and was geared towards just getting the blood flowing. I was in and out of the gym in 40 minutes. Pumped like a mofo!

I'm starting my diet Monday. F*ck New Years Eve! I don't drink, and I probably will not even be awake to watch that silly ball drop. I will be up at 5 to do cardio. It's show time and I am psychologically and physically ready to kick ass and take names. I cut all ties and eliminated all hindrances ; my focus is totally on my training, it has my undivided attention.

Here is a preview of my diet. However, this is a tentative diet ; I always adjust, change, and manipulate things according to how I feel and look. I adjust my diet in 2 month intervals to give my body time to adjust and absorb the food correctly, instead of overloading my system and retaining water and fat (concentrate on absorption and constant nitrogen retention). Every two months I up my protein and carb intake to 10 grams each (by that time my muscles are bigger and need more fuel). I always diet up, and just integrate cardio, T3, diuretics, etc, when needed..

6:00 10 egg whits, quarter cup of oats..

8:30 2 chicken breasts and one baked potato.

11:00 2 pieces of Orange Roughy and some string beans

1:30 10 egg whites and a half cup of oats (preworkout meal).

3:00 workout

4:30 8 oz sirloin and half of cup of brown rice.. PWO meal. Note* last meal of the day when I eat complex carbs.

7:00 Orange roughy and kale salad (contains rubisco).

9:30 10 egg whites again because they are easier to digest..

11:30 casein shake or some cottage cheese..

I'm ready and I'm going to destroy everything that crosses my path!!

Goal: 250-252 @ 4-5% BF by mid July..

I spray olive oil on a pan and fry them. I make an omelette: cheese, tomatoes, green onions, spinach, and top it with a little salsa. Try it, it's good...

I hit back today. I opted to do all rows (for thickness).

1). T-Bar Rows 4x12-15
2). Machine Rows 4x12-15
3). One-arm Dumbbell Rows 4x12-15
4). Deads 3x12-15

Did not worry about the weight. I'm way beyond falling for that trap. I just used perfect form and worked on targeting my back instead my BIs, which it is prevalant that people use their BIs more than their back when working back. Because they are more worried about going heavy instead of finding the right weight that enables them to isolate their back.

Here is a little preview of my up coming cycle. This is tentative and subject to change according to how I look and feel. There is no set protocol, I go by physiological, psychological, physical, and cosmetical responses from mind and body, that's what dictates whether or not I start to adust, manipulate, and tweak things.

I have access to any drug I want, but I narrowed it down to the following drugs below that I will use. I will do a 20 week cycle.

1). Parabolan
2). Liquid winny
3). NPP
4). Mast
5). EQ
6). Var

I will start off with rather low dosages to let my body adjust and adapt to the drugs. Once, I feel my body has adapted to the hormones I'm using I up the dosages. This "usually" occurs every 6 weeks. It's rather a bad idea to overload your system from the jump because your body will adapt and gains will not be optimal, and you will pan out early. I like the "linear progression" philosophy because that is the best way to put on quality muscle and simultaneously get harder and harder gradually without retaining a lot of water and fat. I try to avoid peaks and valleys and keep my blood levels stable and climb the 'slope' slowly in order to avoid those 'peaks and valleys," that hinder muscle growth, and trigger off weird sides.

I strive for Biology Equilibrium (from a BB point of view): it means that the body is in its optimum environment and that it is functioning as efficently as possible. All the things that an organism needs are being met yet all the things that organism doesn't need are not being met. Consequently, antagonists are being combated, and the roids, sups, and food are being utilized to the max. So a balance is produced meaning that the organism can thrive (from a BB standpoint). Once I feel there is no longer an equilibrium because of adaption, I up my dosages to bring myself to the next level on my personal slope, and repeat it until I feel I maxed out (law of diminishing returns), which will be at the time of my competition. Remember, timing is crucial, I don't want to pan out a week or two ahead of schedule. Timing is everything.

Killin it I see! Thats my man!

So you ramp up? Do you keep it low for 1/4 cyc 1/2???? Or?? Do you come off the same way?

Im a big believer in form. Form is everything imo. Getting that form and flexing during you reps I believe can help difine in a major way.

Yeah, I'm doing a 20 week cycle, so I will bumb my doses every 4-6 weeks and come off at that dose.

Form is everything. With the right form you are concentrating more on isolating the muscle you are working that day and you are transporting blood, oxygen, etc to that muscle, which is ideal for muscle growth and definition..

You on the right track, brotha.

Get some!!

Yeah! I foresee it getting out-of-control! F*ck it! I don't pay for juice, so why not take advantage?

Heck, I got 10 kits of HGH that I'm contemplating on using, and I never paid a dime for it. I'm undecided whether or not I want to use the HGH because to get the max benefit from it you have to use it in conjunction with insulin ; insulin is very dangerous, I used to use it when I competed years ago. I used to have to walk around with candy bars in case I would go into sugar shock (hypoglycemia), which is not exactly fun. I remember one time it was like ten degrees outside and it hit me, I started to sweat profusely like I just walked out of a sauna ; I was all dizzy in everything, and I started to panic (luckily I had a Snickers bar on me). I'm not sure if I want to take that kind of risk at this juncture of my life.

Nevertheless, insulin makes you jacked beyond belief, more than tren, test, etc. I will make a decision here in the next week or two whether or not I am going to insert HGH and insulin into my regimen. If I do decide to use HGH and insulin I would come in @ 260 instead of 250, which is quite enticing.
