Last Minute Comp Questions

Hmmm, I"m doing some of the same things Jen, but some very different. Last time, I dropped sodium Wednesday and I think that was too soon and it backfired. This time, dropping it Thursday night/Friday morning. I added extra sodium this week. I'm doing sweet potatos and rice cakes for carbs Friday, and also doing the rice cakes with pb & jam before the show. It's all a crap shoot really, because you don't know how you will respond to something until you try it.

To draw out the water beneath the skin.....That's what the Taraxatone is for also + to increase vascularity...

I know the Taraxatone, but the epsom salt sounds great idea...where can epsom salt can be bought?

Drug store, grocery store, Walmart, Kmart, etc -- I get mine at the Dollar Store...
 
Jen - watch the potassium - Tarax already has it in it.

While watching your carb up - if you do a little at a time you can gauge how you look. I started carbing on Thurs AM w/ 2 oz of white potato every hr -- same on fri but I also went as I felt & also how I looked - it takes around 36 hrs for carbs to get absorbed and start making you look fuller - that's why people tend to look better on the day AFTER the show because they started their carb up too late.

My bottle of Tarax doesn't list Potassium as an ingredient.....

Only carbs today are spinach....

I get brown rice @ meal 1 tomorrow then yams for meals 2 & 3 -- only veggies after that....
