I have been on a cutter for about 16 weeks. went from 22% bf to 13 % as of yesterday. I am not doing a contest, but am dieting like I am doing one on June 10th (plan on doing everything but the water manipulation the last week) I would like to get down to about 7-8%bf by then (I have never been under 10%)
I am 5'6" 170#'s Currently I am eating real clean, keeping my overall cals around 2000 or just under. My workout is fine, and doing plenty of cardio. I also am using ECA, and clen (2 weeks on each, the switch). and h2o is good.
Sample meal
1/2 cup oats with 2 scoops protein powder
protein shake
chicken breast with spinach leaves (salad) and some other vegies thrown in.
fat free dressing.
scoop of ANPB
steak (or chicken, or turkey) with whole grain brown rice and a veggie like broc.
pretty simple, but am looking to maybe try manipulating my carbs, or something different this last 5-6 weeks to really make a push. (or should I just stick with the current plan since it has worked so well?)
any advice would be great
