Lagging body parts

Hey guys just wondering what yall do for lagging body parts. My problem is my legs. I train legs just as hard as everything else but I also work construction so im on my legs all day making it tough for them to take time off to repair. Am I doomed do have skinny legs forever? Help would be appreciated

Squats squats and more squats. And when I'm sick and tired of them, I do a few more. I admit, I suck at them. But I do 4-6 sets of squats once a week along with leg presses and a few other things. Within a year of doing them, I thickened up considerably. My GF referred to my legs as tree trunks two weeks ago. That has never happened before. Calves still look like crap tho.

Hit legs twice a week one leg workout do heavy squats lots of sets/straight legs the next do more blood flow like one legged legpress/lunges/extentions/curls

This^^. I work construction as well all day 14 days strait 10 hrs a day. My legs are the thickest part of my body by far. Built like a centaur . Legs 3 times a week for me. Squats squats squats . Leg press x 30 reps 5 sets

I also do deadlifts, good mornings, lunges leg curls.

I had the same problem.. it answer is simple.. squats.

I split hams and quads.. on hams day its back squats
Sldl
Leg press

Quads day
I
Front squats
Leg extensions
Leg press

I do legs every second day but because its not a full legs day I still can train other body parts so I'm not skipping anything.. in fact I'm hitting everything twice a week

Week 1 it'll be quads monday
Hams wed
Quads friday

Week 2 hams monday
Quads wed
Hams friday

Thats 6 days of squating in 2 weeks and it doesnt wreck havoc on your body because your not crushing your legs all at once

Might want to try one leg exercises. Squat with one of your feet up on a bench and squat using one leg or use a leg press machine but only use one leg. I've found low weight higher reps to help for a while. Mix it up, high reps for 2 weeks, low reps for 2 weeks. Any way you do it you're going to need volume. You do hack squats???? If not try those.
