According to our former Pres., yes, this guy is still a virgin, because, after all, "oral isn't sex". HOWEVER -- if I caught DrG with his mouth on another woman's pussy, I'd have no question but that he was cheating on me by having sex with someone else. DUH!!!
This reminds me of a college friend who was dating her boyfriend of 4 years and swore that they had never had sex because he was strictly religious and insisted on being a virgin until marriage. i dont see whats so strange about it. maybe he has his reasons- whatever they are. i didnt lose my virginity till i was 25 and my girlfrind till she was 20. we both have our own reasons for it- which are personal. and no we arent ugly or something. IMO, we are an attractive couple
