The first thing I noticed was your chest.
The skin seems to be tighter and you have a lot more development now.
Once I went back and saw the picture from page one I could really see how much you waist came down too!
Keep going. That was only four weeks!!!!
The best is yet to come.
Remember you are leaning out from the top to the middle. I can see a big difference in the chest area. If you keep working at it by next month I think you will see a real big difference through the top of your abs etc.
I know how you feel though. No matter what shape I am in I feel like I always look the same.
Trust me there are big changes going on in your body. Its becoming more and more efficient with the food you are using too.
Do what you have to do with the shoulder. On everything else its all about form and range of motion. Build the whole muscle. When your shoulder is better you can increase the pounds.
You are well on your way! Keep going! Not giving in and hammering away is what will seperate you from everyone else!!!!!!!
