Just wanted to introduce myself

Hello everyone! I'm new to this board and just wanted to greet everyone as well as introduce myself.

Some general info. about myself: I'm a 23 y/o student who is graduating this semester. I work during the day and go to school at night.

I've been training for 3-4 years, but I don't really count the first year since I did a lot of cardio (because I didn't know any better) and was still learning proper form. I used to train with my ex- bf who taught me proper form was very important. Since we broke up I train solo and still have very good form when lifting (which I thank him for). I now train 3-4 times a week doing weights and have noticed a big difference with my body.

I'm sorry if I rambled but wanted to give everyone a good sense of my background. I was previously a lurker on these boards and know that there is a lot of knowledgable people on the women's board so I could ask questions as well as make comments, positive of course!
