just took a piss test

I just took a piss test today. I thought it was because some people at another command poped for hash. my cheif how ever told me that the test was for steriods. I think he was trying to scare me. I'm going to find a new place to stash my shit other my room just in case. Oh and I have my prescription to so I guess I'll just have to wait and see. Just wanted to let you all know.

im not 100% sure but i asked a similar question like this in the past and the results were that standard pot/coke/heroin/insert drug tests were different than anabolic drug tests. someone might wanna chime in here....

For the most part, you are right. There are umbrella blood and urinalysis tests, but I believe that AAS tests are completley different and require a far more technological and complex approach to be accurate.

I was in the Navy for a few years and was on many times when tested......they don't test for steroids......

Whats up..start with the painfully obvious yes i am the new guy..I have been researching this site for the last week now and happy to of found this post..I am also in the navy and was wondering about roids popin on a piss test..my squadron tests all the time...

The military use the standard DOT-5 urine test for coke/pot/opiates/meth/THC. They don't standardly test for gear. However, roids can be added to a urine test, but a completely different method of detection is used, and it is VERY expensive.

Dont worry about it too much.

I'm not to worried about it, because like I said I have a prescription from a big rejuvenation company. I am just curious to see what happens. It wouldn't surprise if they did pull my sample out to test it. People have been noticing some bad acne along with an increase in size.

On the gear being on the base, I have no choice, I can't leave the base. I will just find another place instead of my room so when they search they don't take my gear.
