Hmm... shopping list of stuff, but here goes:
Even at 2 IU's, I get a tiny welt but it passes in 1-2 minutes.
The sides can last well after the 1-2 hours the HGH is in your system. I do 5 days on then 2 days off, and the only side I notice diminishing by the second day off is some edema in my hands.
Joint pain, particularly in the wrists is a very common side. You may also notice your shoulders being sore in the evenings. Edema in your hands is common as well.
If you do get sides at 4 IU's per day, don't try to "gut it out and get past them" -- drop the dose. I tried the gut-it-out technique and was miserable for weeks. It wasn't until I cut-back to 2 IU's per day for almost 2 weeks that the sides went away. Then, I went back to 4 IU's per day and all has been great since.
I have problems waking up early in the mornings, but I can usually go back to sleep (i'm retired IRL). I normally shoot my first 2 IU's when I wake-up around 6:00 AM, but then go back to sleep for 45 mins or so. Then, I can shower and meander around a little and before I know it, i've waited 1 to 1.5 hours (sometimes 2) before eating -- which is good since you want your blood sugar low while the HGH is in your system.
I do my nightly dose before bed. I personally don't think it's optimal, but since I don't use Slin with my HGH, I have to insure low blood sugar manually. Creating a blood sugar gap in the afternoon was a bitch for me. It was easier to not eat past 7:30 PM, shoot at 10:00 PM, then go straight to bed.
If your going to start HGH with AAS, get the HGH rolling a few weeks early and work-through the sides. You don't want HGH joint-pain rolling-in right as your AAS are kicking in. Besides, you should do HGH for longer runs anyway (i.e. 6 months).
Oh, and I swear by HGH... I'm 37 and loving it.
