Is it okay to have one junk day a week?for body builders i dont think it will be but i am not a body builder, for s portsperson? the other 6 days im doing cardio and weights, so will it be okay? junk im talking about BBQ food, steak haches fried eggs...

depends on your goals. if cutting and dieting down, absolutely not. if trying to add mass, sure.

I think it is no problem.. once a day in a week.. I suggest you get Motivation secrets for lifelong fitness success from getgreatabsnow.

goals to get lean get the body shape, get bigger but want my stomach flat aswell, training programmes focusing on being explosive...hope itl be okay!

then don't you will just be slowing down progress, i just have a piece of cheese pie yesterday 'cause it was my father's birthday and i feel like shit 'cause my stomach blew up. lol

if i were you i wouldn't plan for cheat days. if you have occasions that arise that require you to eat a meal or two that dont fit your needs then do so. The longer you are into your diet the less you will ever want to cheat. Setting a cheat day usually just ends in binging for many.... be a person and cheat if you must, but in my opinion you should only cheat when in social situations, and only rarely if ever.

What are your stats?

If your average stats just trying to get a little bigger and in better shape and if eating what you called cheat food once a week can keep you on a clean diet and training hard for 6 + months. Then for a lot of people thats a tradeoff you can make. And am I correct to hear you say that your cheat foods are eggs/steak/bbq food? Thats certainly not so bad :)

forget a "cheat day". A junk food cheat meal is good. But not a whole day of junk.

A re-feed is good, but different in that they need to be clean.

I prefer the cheat meal over re-feed typically... But it depends on what I did that week and what I am planning for the following week.
