well i've come to the sad( but true ) reality fact that

you cannot get the body you want without $$$$$$. so

monday i'll look for a job, a few GNC's are hiring. i hope

to land at job at one of them ( mostly for the discounts,

i sure could use them.) if only my parents wouldn't

eat so unhealthy( owell )..

so i was wondering, how much do you all spend on

food a week( eating 6 times a day is costly ) and how

much for supplements a month?

I always look at it this way

what KIND OF FOOD would you be spending it on if YOU WERENT BODYBUILDING?????

Fast food is not cheap, neither are crisps, chocolate, and all the rest of the shit people eat in vast quantities throughout the day, bacon sandwiches, pies, cans of coke, blah blah BLAH BLAH blah blah....

I worked out that if I was to drop to a "normal" diet, I would barely save anything. The only thing that costs are supplements.

Pasta is extremely cheap, one bag of pasta would get you about 2 packets of crisps, but the difference in nutritional content in carbs is huge.

ordering supps online is cheaper than the GNC discount, GNC pays crappy, i was 3rd key there for a year and a half, so if you are stealing it, well thats the only way its a good deal, not that i condone shoplifting!
