Oh! And on a note of interest.....weighed myself on the scale at PT fully clothed + sneakers on....it was 140lbs!! Me likey their scale.....

And at Iron Hil tonite I noticed that a lot of the girls (with their mini-purses) had big bellies - like they looked pregnant slightly.....I'm all for all shapes being accepted & it's nice to see young ladies with self confidence, but what's with the trend of big bellies & tight or non-full-coverage shirts??

**Water Tally: 5 (16.9oz) bottle of water + 1 Subway Cup Crystal Light Pink Lemonade Slushy

1:10pm
Pasta Salad: 3 oz. diced chicken, couple shakes of Parmesan cheese, ~ 1 tblsp. Newman's Red Wine Vinegar & Olive Oil Dressing, cucumber, red bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, sliced green olives, asparagus, 1 cup cooked Dreamfield Low Carb Penne pasta

2 Gluc/Chon tabs

3:35pm
2/3 cup 1% fat cottage cheese
1/2 oz. hulled sunflower seeds

**Prolific use of Vitamin I today.....Going to skip the gym tonite cuz I plain don't feel all that great and I'm swollen/bloated, in pain, etc....

Heya Jens! :wavey: Not sure if you picked up this month's Trader Joes flyer, but they have all their customer favorites listed. It's a good issue and I'll be checking out some of the items that are new to me like the mahi mahi fillets and other pre-marinated meats.

You know...I used to get the flyer in the mail, but don't any longer... Hmpf!!

Definitely want to try that carne asada style chicken!! :p

Very strange product IMO....but it tastes good!

Edit: Knee is coming along pretty well......doesn't hurt as much as it used to and I think I'm getting stronger....will have to do a strength test at PT to determine tho....

Good to hear your gaining your strength back. Slow and low to start but it's gonna' be worth it!

Yah, I remember seeing the "usable carbs" statement too. Hmmmmmmm, I'm not so sure about that.....I'm going to check them out........

I get it sent to me via email now.

Yeah, I give the carne asada chicken a thumbs up. I had to buy a different kind this week since they were out. I'll let you know how it is (southwest seasoning of some sort).
