**Prolific use of Vitamin I today.....Going to skip the gym tonite cuz I plain don't feel all that great and I'm swollen/bloated, in pain, etc....

Nope, can't say that it's really any different.....it's as annoying as it always is....

I apologize for my lack of reading but how is the knee? Can you do any impact exercises yet? If not, when can you expect to?

How do you feel body is responding to lack of alcohol? Physical & emotional/mental?

Can you feel/see differences?

How are you feeling as far as the depression issue? That is a tough one to overcome ... I've been concerned ...
