**Day 10 No Alcohol!!

6 HB egg whites
1 cup spoon-size Shredded Wheat + 1/2 cup skim milk
(it's too hot for oatmeal)

1 Diet Pepsi

**Errands/Shopping......Dang! I am so tried/worn out today!! And it is SOOOOOOO hot!! :redhot:

2 Glucorell

2:30pm
1 WW sandwich roll
3.5 oz. cooked Hormel Pork Tenderloin + 1 tblsp. Heinz 57
1/2 cup homemade coleslaw

**Water Tally: 2 (16.9 oz) bottle of water + 1 Subway cup of Crystal Light

3:50pm
2 Tblsp. ANPB

Oh, Jen....I ran circles around ya' at my cookout! lol Loved every bite though and would def do it again!

I'm with you... too darn hot for oatmeal here too (so I usually end up eating it plain lol) Yummmmy there you go with that pork tenderloin again :p Don't forget to :chomp: have a bite or two for me :D

PWO Shake: 1.5 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder + 3 oz. strawberries + shot Vanilla Flavoring + 1/4 cup skim milk + water + ice

**Water Tally: 5 (16.9 oz) bottles of water + 1/2 gallon of Crystal Light

**OMG I feel like I've gotten hit by a truck.....my legs are KILLING me, my hips hurt, my knee hurts and I'm literally exhausted....WEIRD... :confused:

2 pain meds

Picked at some french fries hubby made.....

7:30pm
4.5 oz. grilled chicken
Rest of the curried green beans
~ 1 cup homemade coleslaw
Mixture of BBQ sauce, veggie broth & Heinz 57

Multi + 1 serving Liquid Gluc/Chon/MSM blend

1 oz. cashews

Total: 1719 cals; Fat: 53g/29%; Carbs: 163g/34% Fiber: 20g; Protein: 152g/37%
