Standing Cable Crossovers: 40lbs - 1x10, 1x12; 50lbs - 1x10
Cable Rack Underhand Tricep Pulldowns w/D-ring: 30lbs - 3x10*

I also wanted to thank you for mentioning the carne asada chicken at Trader Joes. I finally got some yesterday and it was :p. It is definitely going to be put on my rotation of meals.

Hmmmm - I don't remember mentioning that....is it pre-prepared?? Frozen?

I could have sworn it was you. It is pre-marinated raw chicken available in their refrigerated (not frozen) section. Obviously, you can portion and freeze it when you get home. But since it has been marinated for a while, it cooks easily in a few minutes and is very tender.
Macros for 4oz: 120 cals, og carbs, 22g protein, 2g fat, 15g sodium
It gets a thumbs up from me!

I'll look for it next time I go there......I haven't been to TJ's in a loooong time.....LOVE that place....
