YAY for Day SEVEN!!! What a great accomplishment! I'm proud of you, Jens...keep your head up. You're doing a great job, and you are gaining control of another aspect of your life. Your leg is coming along and healing, so you will soon have all of your freedoms back and the ability to do what you want to do again. You've got a great group of girls here that love and support you.

That makes a fulll week now hun!!! Way to go ... thats a great accomplishment especially when you had it right in your face a few nights! You should be very proud of yourself for sure! :D Hope you enjoy your weekend!!! :rose:

~ 12:00pm - Went for a walk around the Riverfront; approx. 1 hour
**I can really tell how out of shape I am!! By the end of the walk, my feet were tired, my hips are sore and I was kinda out of breath!! Icing my knee now....but it's not sore at least.....

Sushi (3 pieces each - salmon, yellowtail, tuna wrapped in Nori & rice)
1/2 cup seaweed salad

1:30pm
2 Sesamax

**Water: 1 (16.9 oz) bottle of Lemon Flavored Water + 1 (16.9 oz) bottle of water + 1 (25.3 oz) bottle of water + 1 (16.9 oz) bottle = 76 oz. water

1 scoop Choc. Protein Powder in water
1 tblsp. ANPB

5:00pm
1 Caff. Free Diet Pepsi

6:00pm
6 oz. grilled chicken + 2 tblsp. Heinz 57 sauce
1 cup homemade cole slaw
Large green salad with veggies & 1 tblsp. dressing

6:15pm
2 Sesamax

**Water Tally: 76 oz. + 2 (16.9 oz) bottles: 109.8 oz.

6:40pm
1/3 cup SF Jello + 2 tblsp. SF Cool Whip

7:00pm - Walk; 1 hour....

9:00pm
3 oz. Turkey lunch meat + 3/8 oz. Alpine Lace Swiss Cheese
~ 2 tsp. Dijonnaise Mustard
4 pickle slices

1 serving Liquid Gluc/Chon/MSM blend

Totals: 1601 cals; Fat: 37g/21%; Carbs: 176g/43%; Fiber: 11g; Protein: 137g/36%

Congrats on the HOUR walk, I bet that felt so wonderful - you are a step closer to RECOVERY!!! ;)

Nelms & IP: I'm a little sore from the walking yesterday (hips) but it felt SOOOO good to get outside!!

French Toast: 3 slices Arnold Bakery Lite WW bread + 3 egg whites + bit of skim milk, 1 packet Splenda, cinnamon
2 Morningstar veggie sausage links

Glad you're back to logging. You were in pre-comp when I started here on EF and I was really motivated by your progress and your winning your comp. It's really is nice to see you back at it! :)

**Gym is closed tomorrow & I don't have formal PT again until Wednesday....

****The rest of the day should be a challenge - we've been invited to a BBQ at a friends......they live about 1/2 hour away, so I'll be the designated driver which should keep me alcohol free!!
