No, I don't think I'm getting sick.....Don't feel "rested" this morning, cuz I had to sleep in the guest room last nite (see posts above) and that bed isn't really comfortable......

**Figured I'd get a salad, cuz it'd be healthier...well looked up the nutritional info on their web site - WRONG!!!!!!!! The salad had a TON of cheese on it....ugh!! I tried to pick off as much as I could of it too. :redhot: Well at least I had water.....

1 Don Pablo's Low-Carb Chicken Fajita Salad
(low carb sauce on the side & I didn't use it all - nutritional figures per their website include all the sauce tho)
Couple chips & salsa & 2 tblsp. guacamole

**Edit: After adding the #'s into Fitday via what I found on the 'net, it just doesn't seem right....cals, eh maybe - but 76g of protein in this salad?? There was *maybe* 3 oz. of chicken in it tops, IF THAT.....cheese, yes....and *maybe* 1/4 cup of grilled veggies....I'm adding in everything individiually into Fitday instead.....

**Water tally: 1 (16.9 oz) bottle of Orange Water with breakfast + 1 (16.9 oz) bottle of water + 1 (25.3 oz.) bottle of water while out = 59.1 + 2 (16 oz.) glasses of water at Don Pablo's = 91 oz.

5:15pm
Stroganoff: 4 oz. cooked ground turkey, veggie broth, 2 tblsp. FF Sour Cream, 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms, 1.5 cups cooked Dreamfield Low Carb Penne

1/3 cup SF Jello + 2 tblsp. SF Cool Whip

5:30pm
2 Sesamax

**Water tally: 91 oz. + 1 (25.3 oz.) bottle of water = 115.3 oz. + 2 more bottles (16.9 oz) of water

6:15pm
1 "stick" off a Kit Kat bar

8:30pm
~ 2 tblsp. ANPB

Totals: 1650 cals, Fat: 67g/37%, Carbs: 118g/26%, Fiber: 14g,
Protein: 152g/37%

**I have NO clue if these numbers are remotely correct or not......Lunch out screwed me up completely....

Mmmm... that last meal sounds kinda yummy :p might have to swipe it from ya tonight when I get home :) Was thinkin about having some pasta but wasn't sure how to cook/flavor it thanks for the idea! ;)

Isn't it always the case that they're being the a$$holes , yet we're the ones who, on going upstairs find them spreadeagled on the bed, half naked, snoring, stinking of booze, end up sleeping in the uncomfortable bed in the spare room. That's where they should be!!

I bet he wasn't hungover either? Sorry Jens. I know where you're at with this one...been there a few times.

Well, I'm hoping (for your sake) the hubby is sober tonight! :heart:

Get some good sleep - and NOT on the guest room bed!!!!!

**Slept good & slept late....didn't get up until 9:15am....Got some plans to BBQ today - going to see how "healthy" I can make it...got some ideas....
