Found it at the grocery store in the freezer section.....had originally read about them via HungryGirl....

It's a small (2 oz.) muffin @ 100 cals, 24g carbs, 6g fiber, 2g fat & 4g protein. It also has a good mix of vitamins & minerals.

It was pretty chocolate-y, but a little dry - I think cuz you keep them in the freezer & I microwaved it to thaw it out.......overall pretty good tho....

I'm going to treat it as a dessert....
