**Was going to go to the gym today & do some type of cardio, but my knee was stiff/sore today, so decided not to put any additional stress on my knee...

11:00am - Physical Therapy
Warm up on Stationary Bike - 9 mins
Stim - 15 mins
Iso-kinetic leg extensions - 4 sets of 10
TKEs: 80lbs - 3x10
Straight Leg Raises: 6lbs - 3x10
Leg Extensions: 55lbs - 3x10 (I think this is too heavy for me cuz it hurt my kneecap)
Seated Hamstring Curls: 25lbs - 3x10

12:35pm
2 Slices Arnold Bakery Light WW Bread
4 oz. BB Chunk Light Tuna + 1 tblsp. relish + 1 tblsp. Light mayo

Errands....

3:15pm
3 oz. chicken
1 cup Chinese Stir-Fry veggies + added broccoli + teriyaki sauce

3.25oz strawberries + 2 tblsp. FF Cool Whip

**1 large cup (24 oz. I think) 4C SF Cranberry/Pomegranite Drink Mix

Multi + B-Complex

4:45pm
1 tblsp. ANPB

**1 can Seltzer water + more SF Cranberry/Pomegranite drink....

6:30pm
4 oz. cooked ground turkey
4 corn taco shells
~ 2 tblsp. FF sour cream
1 tblsp. shredded cheese
1/2 a plum tomato, chopped + ~ 1/4 cup green & red bell pepper, chopped
Little bit of salad mix
Hot sauce
1/2 prepared Zatarin's Creole rice mix

1 Serving Liquid Gluc/Chon/MSM blend

**1 bottle of water.....I know I'm over a gallon now....

9:00pm
2 tblsp. ANPB
~~Wanted something to eat, was hungry, but didn't feel like making anything so just picked out of the jar.....

**1 Bottle of Lemon Flavored Water

10:15pm
Had a few handfuls of Special K cereal cuz I needed a SNACK desperately......stopped eating it when I saw the date on the box!! :worried: *URP!!* Does this stuff go bad??

And my knee HURTS tonite!!

Totals: 1711, Fat: 51g/28%, Carbs: 140g/30%, Fiber: 19g, Protein: 173g/42%

**Tired today as I had to sleep in the uncomfortable guest bed last nite.....also have a slight headache.....And I don't feel like eating this morning either....
