Yeah that ANPB will get ya everytime if it goes un measured... thats for sure ;) Its a big weakness for me hehe... that and some granola... step away from both LOL
 
**Went down to the Riverfront & went for a short walk....felt good to be out & about even tho I'm not supposed to....Shhhh! Don't tell!

YEA for getting out and walking around...your secret is safe with us! ;)

It's so funny with the ANPB - now that I'm not on a comp. diet - I can eat 1-2 measured tblsp. with NO issues........weird.... :silly:

Omelet: 6 egg whites + 1 cup Bird's Eye Broccoli/Cauli/Pepper blend + 2 slices Turkey Bacon
5 oz. pineapple

10:30am - Drove to gym
Stationary Bike - 30 mins; Level 2; 5.19 miles

Chest & Tris & Bit O' Abs
Machine Bench Press: 50lbs - 1x10; 60lbs - 3x10, 1x9
Standing Cable Tri Extensions w/V-bar: 80lbs - 1x10; 90lbs - 3x10
Seated Pec Fly Machine: 60lbs - 3x10
Seated Tricep Extension Machine: 60lbs - 2x10, 1x12
Incline DB Press: 25lbs - 1x10, 1x8, 1x10

Cable Crunches w/Rope: 100lbs - 3x12

Takeout Greek Salad: Romaine, Olives, Tomato, Cucumber, Bell Pepper, Feta
3.5 oz. chicken breast
3 tblsp. Dressing Thinned with ACV (about 1.5 tblsp. actual dressing)

1 Serving Liquid Gluc/Chon/MSM blend

BBQ Pizza: 1 WW tortilla + 3 oz. chicken breast + 1 tblsp. BBQ sauce + 1/4 cup cheese

**Hubby is pressuring me to drink....keeps offering me a cocktail, etc.....trying to...resist....must.....resist....
