Lemme see if I can describe it....I laid on my right side & held onto his arm & he wrapped his 1 arm around me & he twisted me which made my lower back crack, then I took a deep breath, let it out & he pushed on my left hip somehow which caused my groin to crack.....

It's hard to describe but it certainly helped as it seemed to work....

Multi Bicep Machine, 1 armed: 50lbs - 3x20*
*10 each arm
Standing Cable Pullovers: 60lbs - 4x10

Salad: Lettuce, Radicchio, pepper, radish, grape tomatoes
1 tblsp dressing (bottle thinned with ACV)

1 cup Birds Eye Broccoli, Cauliflower & Red Peppers

****Oh! Funny story from the gym tonite.....guy who works there but is down to only a couple nites a week & whom I hadn't seen in MONTHS said to me tonite -- "You've gained a lot of weight haven't you?"

WTF?? Dang!! :rolleyes:

2/3 cup 1% fat cottage cheese
1/2 oz. hulled dry roasted sunflower seeds

Totals: 1513 cals, 46g fat/28%, 143g carb/35%, 134g protein/37%
