9:30am - Physical Therapy
2nd day of NO prone hangs as I got -1 on my extension today (Monday was 0 degrees) and I got 129 on my bend......did the usual work on my leg (leg extensions on machine, leg extensions with knee on a basketball, TKEs, stim, leg raises), but the weight is increasing....did 30lbs on my leg extension today...and they put weight on my leg for the leg raises too.....

Had to say goodbye to Marty today - he's my usual PT tho he's a student...he's 32 & was an architect but this is a career change for him...he'll be graduating in Dec. but he's done working in the clinic as of today & he'll be moving back to ATL also.....plus 2 guys who've been going to PT the same time as me are done now, so I had to say goodbye to them as well.....

**Went out to lunch for Cinco de Mayo......so you know what that means!! :beer: and Mexican food!! :worried:

**On the Progress Front today - I have knee cleavage!! Which means my knee is looking like a knee again rather than a giant mushy grapefruit. And I was able to walk down the stairs today - awkwardly, but not just one step at a time.....
