Crap!! STILL can't get 0 degrees extension (straightening) of my leg without assistance......so the Prone Hangs continue!!
But I got 129 degrees flex; extension was +2.......Did the usual PT routine + 10 minutes on the stationary bike - I can begin pedalling forward easily now.....they are slowly increasing the weight on my exercises.....quad is tired....I'm tired....
