Wow!! Can't believe April is over already.....I get to go to the gym today!! Plan on doing some chest & tris - however I have to use machines as I'm not allowed to use my leg for balancing nor can I carry plates or DBs around the gym....

9:30am
1 large mug coffee + 3 packets Splenda + 1 tblsp Vanilla Soy Milk + 1 tblsp. Int'l Delight FF creamer

10:00am
1 Glucorell

1/2 cup dry oats + 1 packet Splenda + 20 dried cranberries + apple pie spice

20 mins Stationary Bike, Level 1, 2.95 miles
**Whew! Can't believe this is actually a workout!!

Chest & Tris
Seated Press Machine: 30lbs - 1x10; 40lbs - 2x10
Tricep Extension Machine: 40lbs - 1x10; 50lbs - 3x12
Seated Flye Machine: 50lbs - 3x12
Lying Bench Press Machine: 60lbs - 3x10
Seated Dip Machine: 80lbs - 2x10, 1x12

~ 1:30pm - Went out to lunch
2 Bloody Mary's
Turkey/Cheese/Bacon Sandwich on Bagel
Coleslaw

3:45pm
2 Sesamax

2 blocks/squares Hershey's chocolate

I thought I'd check up on Nelms's list of fallen angels, see how you're all doing :)

You seem to have made daily progress since the surgery three weeks ago. I can't believe you're driving already! Keep up the good work!!! :rose:
 
Hey congrats on getting back to the gym!!! :) Bet it felt good to be back eventhough your not back to full force yet of course (in no time you will be though I am sure!!! ) ;)

1 large mug coffee + 3 packets Splenda + 1 tblsp. Vanilla Soy milk + 2 tblsp. FF Vanilla Creamer
(didn't finish the mug, but will count it all anyway)

9:30am - 11:30am: Physical Therapy
Crap!! STILL can't get 0 degrees extension (straightening) of my leg without assistance......so the Prone Hangs continue!! :bawling:

But I got 129 degrees flex; extension was +2.......Did the usual PT routine + 10 minutes on the stationary bike - I can begin pedalling forward easily now.....they are slowly increasing the weight on my exercises.....quad is tired....I'm tired....
