Feeling MUCH better, tho I woke up with a headfull - all stuffy, etc.....

Goals:

Going to try & get back into the gym this week....took 2 weeks off & I miss it, tho my arm still hurts a bit - going to make an appt with my Sports Med Dr. this week as my family Dr. isn't all too helpful.....I think it's a combo of a pinched nerve/carpal tunnel/golf elbow & wrist.....

Also going to try & change up my routine as I'm :sick: of doing Chest/Triceps, Back/Biceps, Shoulders & Legs.....So I'm thinking of Legs/Abs, Chest/Shoulders, Back/Shoulders, Biceps/Triceps.....
 
Yayyyy, glad to hear you're feeling better, Jens :rose: Hopefully the sports med doctor will be able to diagnose your problem and I think your goal of changing up your routine should help you out of your funk.

Have a great Sunday...haven't been out yet, but it looks to be a sunny one in our parts.

Yeah, I need to do something different.....I did Shadow's workout plan and then a different plan & they all had the same combo of exercises - I can't take it anymore.....LOL

Anytime you want to use anything I throw up or ideas, feel free to pick & choose whatever you want. I SO know what you mean about change, variety, keeping things new & fresh. Any way I can help I'm more than willing to share.

I like this idea or a variation of it.

Hows the knee doing strength wise...anything you cannot do?

Well I'm still supposed to do unilateral leg movements for strength training....ie right leg weight training only except for squats & SLDLs......plus I can't really do any jumping stuff or a lot of running as it hurts my meniscus too much.....
 
Glad to hear that you are feeling better!!! And I think the new idea on a workout plan sounds like a good one!!! GLad to hear bout ya getting back to the gym too :elephant: :D
