Nope, they are fresh, frozen peaches when they were cheap over the summer.....otherwise I buy bagged frozen peaches....

aaaahhhh....the commuting troubles....i know them well!


you know i never tried hanging leg raises with weight...i just usually do like 20 or so...wait 30 seconds and then do it again. maybe i'll try these today...and weight about 1 minute in between sets

I liked fresh peaches but just the thought of canned peaches really tests my gag reflex.

How do you hold the ball with the hanging leg raises?
Not Jens, but with smaller balls, I hold them with my feet. If it's too large for that, I would imagine you could put them between your knees. Takes a while to get used to maintaining a "grip" so the ball doesn't fall out....
