My "commute" is only about 15 mins max but this week it's been a PITA.....and Friday I have to go all the way to Philly to the Franklin Institute, so I know I'll get lost.....

Good Morning,

How do you hold the ball with the hanging leg raises?

In between my knees....so I guess they are really hanging-knee-raises.....then when I'm done I just let the ball drop to the floor.......so next time I'll go "Bokkkk!" like I just popped out an egg.... :lmao: :lmao:

I liked fresh peaches but just the thought of canned peaches really tests my gag reflex.

Just checking...

I like canned peaches - but too much sugar, plus I don't tend to finish the can before it goes bad.....so when the peaches were El-cheapo during the summer I bought a lot, peeeled them, sliced them & froze them.....

Roony, CK & Treil - you guys are TOO funny!! :lmao:

That's only a few blocks away from where I work. Just make sure you know where you want to park and you should be fine.

Btw, there's a Whole Foods just a few blocks away at 20th & Pennsylvania Ave if you want to make the most of your drive into Philly :D

I've got the parking info since the parking is paid for, so I don't have to pay for it myself.....

Hmmmmmmmm, could go to WF afterwards....... ;)

Haven't kept up with the log the last few days......just haven't felt like it.....Haven't gone to the gym either - ended up having to stay at work until 5:45pm, so I skipped the gym Thursday nite & had plans Friday nite (sushi! and drinks and pastry).....

Ended up deciding to skip the gym for the next week or so - I really effed up my right arm & lifting just aggravates it....if I don't lift I'm fine, but any pulling really hurts my forearm & my whole arm has been getting numb/tingly off & on.....So I'm taking a break.....

Had another knee test today too - Motion analysis to determine if my muscles fire any better 6 months post op (that was 10/4) than I was the last time.....It's boring & takes a long time, but it's done.....

Edit: I also have a cold now too.....yay!
