you know i never tried hanging leg raises with weight...i just usually do like 20 or so...wait 30 seconds and then do it again. maybe i'll try these today...and weight about 1 minute in between sets
My "commute" is only about 15 mins max but this week it's been a PITA.....and Friday I have to go all the way to Philly to the Franklin Institute, so I know I'll get lost.....

In between my knees....so I guess they are really hanging-knee-raises.....then when I'm done I just let the ball drop to the floor.......so next time I'll go "Bokkkk!" like I just popped out an egg....

I like canned peaches - but too much sugar, plus I don't tend to finish the can before it goes bad.....so when the peaches were El-cheapo during the summer I bought a lot, peeeled them, sliced them & froze them.....
