8:00pm - Got in the hot tub for a bit....the whole right side of my body is screwed up -- that's the side with the knee surgery, my calf thing, that muscle thing in my shoulder blade is back & won't go away, the strained forearm thing & cuz of the locked muscle/forearm thing, my right arm is numb & tingly most of the time.....SIGH!!
