4:30pm - Left work; drove to gym
*Walked 1.5 blocks from the bldg. to the parking garage then about 1 block to the gym building - so I feel that was my warmup

Smith Machine Lunges; R-Leg Only: 20lbs - 1x15; 30lbs - 2x12
Smith Machine Calf Raises; Toes on a 2x4: 120lbs- Toes Fwd - 2x15; Toes Out - 1x15; Toes In - 1x15
R-Leg DB Lunges: 20lb DBs - 2x15
(delay in getting the squat rack :rolleyes: )
Squats w/Std Bar: 30lbs - 1x12; 40lbs - 2x12
Front Squats w/Bar Only: 2x10
SLDLs w/Std Bar: 50lbs - 1x10; 70lbs - 2x8
R-Leg Leg Sled: 80lbs - 3x8
R-Leg Lying Leg Curls: 40lbs - 3x8
(these still hurt the back of my calf & I've notice a huge vein sticking out where it hurts)

8:00pm - Got in the hot tub for a bit.....

1 tblsp. Naturally More PB (PB with flax & egg whites....oh and PB!!)

1 cup Sleepytime tea, Splenda & 2 tblsp. Muscle Milk.....

Total: 1705 cals
Fat: 40g/22%
Carbs: 178g/40%
Fiber: 17g
Protein: 155g/38%

Jens!!!! What am I going to do with your meals??? Pillsbury man again!!! I just look at him and gain lbs...!!! You are making me jealous!!!

I know! I'm kicking myself for eating them cuz of all the cals......*sigh*

BUt I panicked today as I read a post by Bunny...saying how Holidays are coming up...Oh man..why has food have to be soooooooo bad???
Why could we not think carrots have more taste than chocolate?
Ohhh A friend just sent an e-mail saying..."Save the planet...It's the only one that has CHOCOLATE" Ay Ay Ay!!! :evil:
