Yes, I bought a container of the pre-made MM at the gym before I left... I didn't by the powder.

Tastes like Victory - you CRACK ME UP!! I'm a Raiders fan. :P

Half the battle with bulking or added muscle is mental, you really need to focus and STAY focused on the long term goal & benefit. After 16 weeks I felt like a :cow: but look at the end result...

You are going to be great Jens, not that you aren't already. Great job with the food variety, training & adjustment to work, not to mention the compliments. :rose:

I hope to see you some time in the near future :heart:.
