I've been sent over here to get some advice on my diet. I try to eat this every day.
Meal #1
1.5 servings of steel oats w/equal
8oz low fat milk
1 serving of isopure protein(50g)
Meal #2
1 can of low sodium corn (14 oz)
1 chicken breat (30g)
Meal #3
1 can of low sodium peas
5oz of tuna
1cup of rice
Meal #4
4 slices of wheat bread
2 tble of natural pb
8oz low fat milk
1 serving of isopure protein(50g)

1 cup of carrot
1 med potato
8oz of sirlion
1 cup of cabbage
