I'm cutting weight on a budget and wanted to know what you guys think about this diet plan and like I said I'm on a budget so I eat the same food everyday and only 3 meals and two snacks. I'm 22 5"9 215lbs 16%bf also I'm trying to get down to 7%bf and be around 180
Meal one-8 oz for ground turkey and 2 cups of mixed stem veggies.
Meal two-8 oz chicken breast and 2 cups veggies
Meal three- 8 oz chicken breast or fish with one cup of black beans and 3 cups of salad with no dressing
Snack1-diet Coke and pickle and peppers and cucumber mix
Snack2- 2 cups of milk and two scoops of protein powder
