Is this bad?

Yesterday I did lats and lower back.

Today I did traps, which include t-bar rows, and they hit the lats and lower back.

Did I screw up any growth from yesterday's workout by doing the t-bar rows today?

Thanks!

Did you just not finish yesterdays workout or is that normal for you? Not a good idea for a prolonged schedule. If it was a one time thing, no prob!!

Heartily agreed.

I wouldn't do that often at all!!!!!, but your hard work shouldn't be automatically compromised, Serea. Don't fret :) It'll be ok I bet.

I'm still putting together my 4-day routine, trying to get the right exercises each day so they don't interfere with one another. I thought I had it done pretty well until I was doing today's workout. I finished yesterday's, yeah.

I think I'll do an all-back day. Traps, Lats, Upper Back, Lower Back.

It won't interfere with growth unless you're still tired from last time and it prevents you from hitting the target weight or reps.
